We Stand With the Black Community

Dear Team BeauGen,

I honestly have been lost for words these last few weeks as events in our country have transpired. As I watched and listened to sides argue their points, I am now more aware than ever that saying and doing nothing is allowing inequity and injustice to continue. This cannot be tolerated.

Black Lives Matter.

Period.

We are mindful of how our mom community is impacted and hurting right now, and mothers need to stand together. 

At BeauGen, we stand in solidarity with the Black community.

BeauGen will take a more proactive effort in supporting the movement of promoting equity.

To show our support, we will partner with Black-owned businesses, collaborate with even more Influencers who are women of color, and work with professional diversity groups when recruiting and hiring team members. We are also always open to suggestions from within our team and mom community on how we can further support this movement together.

This is just the beginning as we re-commit to supporting and promoting diversity in our company and throughout our community of moms. 

We stand together.
